Our services include consultation, application assistance, and facilitation of funding opportunities including 0% business credit cards, DSCR investment loans, and fix & flip financing.

3. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee approval, specific loan terms, interest rates, or funding amounts. All offers are subject to third-party lender approval, creditworthiness, and other underwriting criteria. Results vary by individual and are dependent on factors outside our control.

FFS does not charge upfront fees for initial consultations. Any fees for our brokerage services will be disclosed in writing prior to engagement. Lender fees, closing costs, and other third-party charges are separate from our fees and are the responsibility of the borrower.
